Data we collect

Identification and contact data (name, phone number, email) and sensitive health data needed for medical care (clinical history, studies, diagnoses and ophthalmic treatments).

Purposes of processing

• Providing ophthalmic medical services and following up on your treatment.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments (including via WhatsApp and phone).
• Compiling and keeping your clinical record under Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012.
• Billing and insurance reimbursement procedures, at the patient's request.
• Secondarily and with prior consent: sending preventive information and promotions.

ARCO rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO), as well as withdraw your consent, by contacting us at 998 156 9597 or at the office.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties without your consent, except in cases provided for by law (health authorities) or those necessary for your care (laboratories, hospitals or insurers that you designate).

Use of measurement tools
